Food Services Request for Proposal (RFP)

Legacy Traditional Schools – Columbia is accepting proposals for Food Distribution Services to support the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs at the Columbia campus opening August 2026.

Instructions for Vendors

1. Download all three required documents below:
   • RFP – LTS Columbia Food Service (PDF)
   • Appendix A1 – Contact Information and Questionnaire (Excel)
   • Appendix A2 – Market Basket (Excel)
2. Complete and submit:
   • Sign the RFP PDF.
   • Fill out both Excel spreadsheets (Appendices A1 and A2).
3. Submission deadline:
   • December 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM PST
4. Mail completed proposals to:

   • Per RFP instructions, only sealed mailed proposals will be accepted.
